  • I log in everyday so feel free to add me. Anyone can look at my profile, diary etc I also have a fitbit. :-)
  • You should log your exercises via fitbit instead - that's what i have started to do. The calorie burns are a little bit more realistic than myfitnesspal. Or like Dragn77 said keep your fitbit on during your exercises (this isn't going to have a perfect burn rate but the different between fitbit & mfp won't be so drastic.…
  • 28 log daily - :-) feel free to add me
  • Yep it's before 2pm here & I have already burnt 1656 calories. (this high because I have already done over 8k steps & extra exercise) 700 is totally normal for being awake a few hours - you burn calories sleeping too - your organs need to keep working, blood pumping etc. Don't panic - Fitbit is reliable ask anyone who uses…

  • You are missing the point- I eat a lot of treats too but I do not sacrifice my nutrients. Take a look at her diary & u will understand why I said what I said. Don't go jumping that I'm saying any food groups are bad. But sodas are not in any food group. Also if your going to make a joke of my comments please do so in a…
  • Stop eating Bad food- nutrients are so lacking in your diet. I tink it's horrible that people tink they can just eat **** & get skinny. Your poor body is starved of all its vitamins & minerals. I'm not trying to be mean. I used to be the same thinking calories were the be all & end all. It's not true. The closer you get to…
  • Em I had a quick look at your diary, your always below your calorie goal so you could be losing weight. Honestly It's a little early to tell If it's just water. I really wudn't worry about it. I would focus on eating regularly & eating nutritious food. Don't think only of calories, try get nutritious food within your…

  • wow, I do not know how people missed ur incredibly brave, powerful & real post. I have not experienced the extremes you have but I know exactly what you mean. I myself have suffered an eating disorder so I know the food battle is on going & honestly prob will never end. I tink to myself some days what's the point & lose it…
  • Have you tried to keep a food diary - not just logging but saying how you feel after eating the food? Have you introduced any new foods to your diet? Your diet seems pretty good. I really don't tink u shud forcefeed urself. If your hungry eat, you can because of the exercise your doing & you don't seem to eat ****. Give it…
  • Hi, Can you share what type of food your eating? You shouldn't feel stuffed and bloated if your eating the right amount of food. If you are lifting weights you are probably gaining muscle & because your body isn't used to the amount of strength training you are doing there may be some swelling & your muscles could be…
  • DO NOT TEXT HER TO DUMP HER! Be a MAN and tell her to her face.
  • Hi, I have one question why are you eating so much food that sounds like desert? I understand you are used to going straight to sweet things to get the energy ur body is obviously craving but u need to gradually increase the amount of real food as you can like for instance having something hot or even a salad that would at…
  • fish oils are meant to be brilliant. I am going to start taking some now. Also maybe look at what ur doing dont do too much too soon or u will burn out really quickly. good luck and keep at it just keep reevaluating what u want. Maybe doing a little less exercise and focusing on nutrition would be better for u at the start…

  • That is AMAZING- I have been training for over a month and still can only run 6km -(its prob all in my head thou) so its great to have someone who can take ur mind off it and the fact u were able to talk all the way damn thats BRILLIANT!
  • I know how you feel trust me. But I think you might feel better if u change the way you are looking at things. Its ok to have a bad day or even a few days the most important thing is that this is the exception so even if u do have a bad food day this isnt a habit the healthy eating is ur habit now. Being bold a few days…

My doctor is still trying to give me the exact reason for my stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea, terrible flatulance and 5 weeks long periods of contipation.
