What kind of food are you eating? Despite popular belief it does matter its not enough just to stay under your calories. Eat as much whole raw food as you can. Keep processed food and foods high in sodium to a minimum. Also try to stay away from acidic forming foods. (you can find lists online) Best of luck!

You know fruit and veges are carbs right? I eat 200 grams carbs a day and Im consistantly losing weight. Just make sure you eat the right kind of carbs:)

I might get slammed for this but it's a fact that if you are not having enough healthy carbs (fruit/vegetables) your body will break down your muscle for day to day energy. Protien takes the body a long time to break down and use for energy so it's important you have plenty of these healthy carbs.

Hi just from looking at the days you are filling in your food diary I can see you eat alot of prepackaged processed food. You need to be eating 90% whole foods, Veges and fruit and lean meats. Try to eat as little wheat, starchy foods as possible. Don't give up just try changing what you are doing. I wish you all the best!

Mfp has already calculated what should be a healthy deficiet so you should eat back your exercise calories. I always eat back my exercise calories and I am losing about 1-2 pounds a week.
