I wish I had one!

Good to know - thank you!

Thanks! I'll try this.

Haha - bless you both for loving it! What are your addresses? I'll mail it all to you!

Interesting idea - thanks!!

That's a good idea - thank you!

It was in the produce section, listed as "anise" - but I guess it's also called fennel.

This sounds great - thank you!

I got the vegetable. Citrus and fish sounds like a great way to mask - thanks!

Thanks, all! Glad to know I'm not alone (and power to those of you who love it)!

It's because the tasty stuff is cheaper and easier to provide. It's just a quick stop somewhere, or a phone call, to get all sorts of delicious food in bulk. Things like fresh produce are much more expensive, because there's a prep cost, it isn't as filling, and it's perishable. It's $20 for a veggie tray that serves as a…

Here, too! Trying to get back into MFP.

I just started taking 4,000 IU of Vitamin D, and am finding myself endlessly SLEEPY. Has anyone else experienced initial fatigue? If so, does it go away after awhile, or am I broken? Thanks!

Walker Bros. The Original Pancake House - several locations in Illinois, but rumored to also be in Buffalo, New York. They not only have DELICIOUS gluten-free pancakes, but they also provide special menus (including substitute suggestions) for people with various allergies like soy, dairy, egg, gluten, nuts, and so on.…

I've noticed the same thing with my symptoms (mostly fatness, but a few other troubles). I've only been GF for a few months (not Celiac's, just gluten sensitive). Just the other day, I had a small Wendy's fries (which turned out to not be GF) and my stomach was puffed up the rest of the night. And all the next day, I was…

Here's where I am with this: Cashews, dairy, soy, and processed sugar have all caused blemish problems so far - in different severities. I'm still determining other nuts (sunflower seeds, almonds, and peanuts/peanut butter). Dairy - I can get away with about one serving a day without breaking out Soy - almost an immediate…

Skin is clearing up!! I don't want to jinx it, but it's been about a week of no nuts and I can see my face again!!!! It appears the cashews were the main culprit, but I'll play around in a few weeks and see. Thank you all for your input!

Ah yes, I'm really starting to think it's the nuts and dairy - since I've increased both going GF. I'm going to start eating more meat/seafood for protein and limit dairy to one serving until what I have is gone. Then I'll go a couple weeks without and see what happens. Thank you - this is very helpful!

Ugh, sounds like you had a frustrating ordeal, too! I'm going to cut out some things and see what happens, then visit a dermatologist. It might be nice to have a low-dose antibiotic for when I want to eat cheese or something. I have really fair skin and I scar easily, too, so maybe a round of the stuff would be okay. Thank…

Thank you! I have like or six potential things going on from that chart, so very helpful! Sorry about what your daughters are going through! I want to avoid antibiotics because I have poor health insurance and don't want to be on medication forever. I thought it might be my body cleaning itself out, but I think it's gone…

Thanks! I actually have sensitive skin, too, so only use chemical-free skincare. When I was looking it all up, it was ridiculous to see one article say "it has nothing to do with what you eat" and the very next say "it has everything to do with what you eat" So, I think it depends on the person. For me, it has to be…

Could it be the nuts?? I just realized I've been eating raw cashews and almonds daily, plus peanut butter and sunflower seeds most days, since starting clean eating. Maybe that's what increased the most when I went GF...

Thank you! I'm definitely going to a dermatologist, then!

Just got my first invite to a couples thing from one of my favorite friends. He offered to pair me up with one of his girlfriend's female friends (which would be awkward even if I were gay) to split the cost, etc. but I passed. It's too much money for a girl date. I normally don't care about New Year's but I'm kind of…

I actually like to exercise as part of the writing process. If I'm writing and I get stuck, I put on headphones and dance until it frees up the gunk in my head. :)

I think you should remove anyone that isn't beneficial to your MFP experience (even if that means me!). In my opinion, this site is for support, motivation, and getting healthy. It's not like Facebook or MySpace (is that even around anymore?) where you're obligated to certain social courtesies.

Is it wrong that I was disinterested until I got to the part about the food stops?
