Great job! I am going to "restart" tomorrow on Week 2, I did one week, then life got in the way, and I was doing other things. I have a cruise in October, really want to lose at least 10#

My husband and I started trying to do 3 miles a day. So far we are on track! We are a little sore after our first week, but feeling pretty good. Sun: 3 miles

We can do it! I am happy to say, my husband has been an inspiration this week. He has committed to walking 3 miles a day, and so far 3 days in, he hasn't missed a day! I didn't do it on Tuesday, so yesterday I did an extra 1.6, then I'll make the rest up this week. Once I get into this routine, I think I am going to go…

bryanna and becks, don't worry it happens! I am so jealous of SPAIN, I hope you are having a wonderful time. That is on my list of travel abroad, Spain and Greece. I have been to Italy and LOVED IT. The great thing of when I was in Italy, I maintained my weight because I was doing so much walking.

Great job! What's your overall goal Fig? For me, Monday I was 158.6 (yikes, close to an all time HIGH) I'm 5' 6-1/2" so I look OK, but feel much better at a lighter weight. Today I was 156 First goal, just get below 150! ASAP! Then get comfortable in the mid 140s If possible, see if I can get back in the 130s!

This has happened to be before and now I try to do all I can to avoid it. When we were on a cruise last year, we knew we were going to be overeating, so we started every day with a workout in the gym, even if it was just walking on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes before we started our day, we felt so much more refreshed…

I weigh every day, and thankfully I'm down 1.7 from yesterday. Still above where I was a few weeks ago, but getting back on track feels so good.

I was away for the weekend and gained a few. So after starting fresh yesterday, today I am down 1#.

I have blown a whole day before and said I'll start over tomorrow, but DON'T DO THAT, you'll just end up feeling worse. Use this as a learning lesson. I totally agree with QueenBee, it is really good to get in the habit of planning what you are going to eat before you eat it, then you have a much better chance at achieving…

Sorry team, I missed the weigh in on Friday, I was out of town, and even brought my travel scale with me, but was so busy Friday am, I didn't have a chance to post. Ah well, it's a new week!

6 week holiday!?!? You must not be in the USA, the longest vacation in my adult life has been 2 weeks and that was a splurge!
