  • I did disc 4, and now I'm on to the second week. I just wasn't feeling it on Sunday or Monday, so I rode on the exercise bike as an alternative.   • I'm blitzing through Phase 1, I did disc 2, and disc 3, then I will do disc 4 tonight. Next week, I will begin Phase 2. Here we go!
  • Here it is almost another year gone, and I didn't finish the program. I started yesterday with week 1, disc 1, the 30 minutes went surprisingly fast. Now just to keep up with the program. Planning on disc 2 tonight! Here's to success and counting calories and losing weight!

  • I'm in my first week, and it's going very well. Sugar is a huge vice of mine, so these first 2 weeks are tough. I think I had a headache the first couple days, because of the sugar withdrawl, but now I feel really good.

  • So I'm going to be honest, this week pretty much stinks. I am holding steady and not gaining, but I'm not losing either.
  • I survived my first weekend on this plan. I did gain 1#, but that is ok, as I did not completely follow this eating plan. I did manage to avoid any alcohol (which is tough for me on weekends) I did have some sparkling grape juice which helped to satisfy the need for a "treat" drink. Back on track today.

  • After the first 5 days, I will be eating meals most of the time, just one or two smoothies a day(depending how I feel and my schedule), plus two snacks. I am surprised I like the green smoothies the best. They are the most filling and with some pear or lime juice they taste really good.

  • Thanks for the support. I didn't think of that. I am probably losing because of the raw aspect of the veggies and fruits. I'm not totally raw, as I do have 2 snacks a day of 150 cals (not a lot of restrictions on those, they just need to have 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein and less than 10 grams of sugar).
