Week 1
Starting today, I meant to do the workout before work, but I didn't sleep well, so I needed the extra time in bed for a little extra rest. I plan to do the workout as soon as I get home so I can't put it off! Anyone else on week 1?

What Helps Get You Through?
Of course as some have mentioned, wear good shoes and have a towel and water nearby. I have tried this barefoot before, and that's just silly, no wonder I couldn't do it. Where do you Shred?
I have a pretty decent workout room in my basement. No windows, but it's painted a nice bright yellow and I have a good sized mirror on one side, so that helps.
