Hi just being nosy- how many calories did it show you burnt?

My shoulders are killing me today so I think waiting until he is better is a good idea. Did day 2 but not well. I'm not quitting tho, I've decided that doing it badly is better than not doing it at all.

Finished day 5. I'm doign ripped in 30 rather than the shred and she advises 1 or 2 days off.....2 for me! See you all at level 2

Just done day 4. I'm only doing 5 days a week so one day of level 1 left- yay!

Just done day 3. Got in from work and did it straight away, not the funniest thing to come home to but definitely good. I'm now using 1.5kg weights but can't do all the front raises side lung ones!

Just finished day 2 and that seemed better than yesterday to me but struggling with the running man so just running on the spot for those. What weights are people using? I'm using 1kg at the moment which i think isn't enough but the top of my back is feeling it all the same.

Hi I'm Emma from the UK just this second finished day 1 of week 1 and wow that was tough but I plan to stick with it and just get through it all. How are people recording this in their exercise log? Good luck everyone and just give her everything you got!

Hi, i'm on leave 1 just completed day seven and my stamina has improved and i already feel stronger and more toned. Unfortunately missed the last two days as we had guests but going to try and not take anymore days off.......famous last words. I'm tempted to peek at level 2 and see what is in store for me but am worried…

I'm on day 5 and i've already noticed that i'm firmer, especially my legs. Feeling stronger too...but not straight afterwards, then I feel like a puddle!

I'm in! I'm on day three at the moment but it would be good to know that other out there are also going through it!
