Hi Ladies, as you know i'm doing ripped rather than the shred and it has 4 levels. Started level 4 today even though i really struggled to get through level 3. Level 2 Day1
Ok so I'm doing ripped in 30 rather than the shred. Basically the same, 3/2/1 4 levels and you do it for 5 or 6 days and then move up. Moved up to level 2 and OMG that was a difference! I don't even understand some of those moves and I clearly need better co-ordination but at least I did it....right? :huh:

Level 3 Day 1
Today I will be starting level 3 of ripped in 30. Really struggled in level 2 so this won't be fun. But got to get through it and onto level 4! Wish me luck
