Thanks for posting this, I found it really useful. Am currently doing week four of C25K and was told recently by someone that i've not got the right body shape to be a runner, so reading this made me smile. Thanks E

You poor thing. We all seem to feel your pain- mine was at L5 and as others have said walking and swimming worked best for me. Even when the pain was at it worst walking was the best thing I could do. I got a pedometer and the days that it was at it worst were clearly the days that I wasn't moving. I also did a lot of…

Well done everyone! We are doing so well. W7 D2 done today. Stuggled a bit today, got a stich so slowed up a bit. Going to do day 3 tomorrow and then going to stop and re-start after my holiday next week ;). Will have started a new job so no more gym at lunch time. Going to move my running to the park, so I think I will go…

W7/D1 completed. So pleased to have gotten this far.

This got me through my run today- thank you! My excuse was 'it was my leaving do last night and I was out late and had a drink or two'. However, I went to the gym, did the run, struggled to get through it today but get through it I did. So thanks as your quote kept going around in my head.

Well done Everyone! Please feel super proud of yourselves because we are all proud of you!::happy: I did W6D3 today and my brain wasn't in it but I got through it!

Wk6 Day2 done. I'm definately recovering quicker. I think I actually enjoyed that.

So this morning I did week 5 day 3. 20mins of running at 7.2 on the treadmill, no stopping, no slowing just fighting with the snippy madam in my mind who I proved wrong today I can so totally do this! So very pleased with myself and I wanted to say thanks to those here who told me to keep focused and keep going; you were…

Hi, today I started level 3 of C25K. I'm really enjoying the programme and the structure it is giving me. I am not a runner and in the past have allways given it a miss mainly cos of the looking silly and as I have big boobs the jiggling bothered me. However, I'm hoping this programme will help me feel like I know what i'm…

Day 3 of L2 tomorrow, thanks for the messages, I think Level 3 will be a step change and I'm a bit worried about managing it but the change is good thing. Just goign to keep putting one foot infront of the other :)

I don't really post but I wanted to say that this is a great thread. Was feeling sore and thinking I'd skip they gym today but now I'm not. Now i'm going to try and get into the Pilates class, but if it is full, I will go to the gym and just keep putting one foot in- front of the other. Thanks everyone.

Hey, I've been that girl. Try it what have you got to lose? If someone judges badly you for trying to get fitter and healthier they clearly aren't a great person themselves and therefore their opinion doesn't matter. I struggle with some of the moves but hey you try and slowly you get better.

Thanks for sharing, very motivational

Day 5 today. I'm splitting them throughout the day.

I'll join. 'Happy' to start today!

Hiya Sab, welcome and congratulations on graduating in July. As for a challenge, I couldn't advise on a 90 day one for the weight loss you are looking for but I can recommend DVDs such as 30 days shred and ripped in 30. I haven't seen weight loss as such with these but have seen a reduction in my size. Everything feels as…

I enjoyed this thread so much, loved the M&Ms story but now I also want a giraffe called Fred, I can so see me doing that in the future. I have had the food pusher, the 'go on it won't hurt' 'you are doing so well you should have a reward' 'well I can't have one if you aren't'.

Good Afternoon! Just done Ripped in 30. Hope you are having a good Sunday

OK I was rubbish, really really rubbish today. My body was killing already and I was struggling to do the moves and add to that it was super hard. I'm going to find level 3 really difficult.
