  • I'm due the last day of August the 31st hopefully I will go a little early! Are you ladies keeping track of calories I have not been but want to start so I gain minimum amount. They say we only need an extra 300 calories right? So Maybe 1500 calories total a day?
  • I'm 16 weeks today and am still at my pre-pregnancy weight. I started a lot heavier then I have ever been so I am glad I am not gaining fast.   • I'm 5-6 weeks and no weight gain so far. I started at 152 and am considered overweight so I am trying not to gain more than 25lbs max..it's hard because I crave bad unhealthy food. I need to start tracking and making healthier choices!!

  • I am trying to do a mix of WW and low carb/ calorie counting. I know WW works but I don't always calculate and log all my stuff. I want to get on track and start losing again though!

  • I am in the same boat at 5"3 and fluctuate between 138-142 :-/ i hate that 4lbs up and down today I'm at 142 today and my goal is 120-125. I can't seem to lose at all very frustrating..I need to change something..its hard when we on't have to much to lose!
