Nice work! Salads are delicious and so versatile. I'm not a "sweets" person but one of my favorite salads has a light raspberry vinnaigrette, feta and pomegranate seeds. Be adventurous and try all different kinds! :happy:

Unfortunately, after having and nursing three kids, gaining weight and then losing it, my boobs are disgusting. I just ordered a 32A bra and I hope it fits. That being said, I'd rather be thin, fit and flat chested than chubby and unhealthy with boobs.

My husband is Type 1 too. He has lost 20 pounds through running. He's 6'3" and about 185 so he didn't have much to lose in the first place. I'm on round 2 of Insanity and I love it! The weight has melted off and I've gotten so much fitter as well. I ran a 5K with my husband for fun last week and my time was 26:58. The manual that came with mine says to wet it with saliva. I also wash mine and hang it on my towel rack to air dry after every workout so it's not gross to lick it. Lol

I just had this tonight and it was amazeballs! I used spaghetti squash for my " lo mein" noodles and topped it with sriracha. SERIOUSLY awesome!!! I also added some leftover peas, brocolli and sliced water chestnuts. Thanks for posting!!

I was thinking about the asylum too, but the jump rope is turning me off. I work out in my basement that has low ceilings and is carpeted. It just seems silly if I can't do any of the jump rope moves. Sure, I could "air" jump rope, but it doesn't seem like it would be nearly as effective.

I feel amazing and I can really see the difference. I feel so much stronger and my cardiovascular fitness has improved a ton. After I finish this week, I'm going to move on to a hybrid of some running, Ripped in 30 and the first month of Insanity.
