  • I got my morning run in and then double workout day for T25 this afternoon. Today was Alpha Cardio and Lower Focus. I'll take a nice long walk tomorrow morning, but looking forward to a rest day besides that! Keep working hard everyone!
  • I usually make a wrap with a high fiber wrap, lettuce, laughing cow cheese, deli meat, tomatoes and mustard. I eat that along with some veggies or fruit and it hits the spot!

  • Way to go! You look fantastic!
  • Good luck! It's always a little nerve wracking for me too!
  • I have PiYo. I really liked it but I don't sweat like I do with higher intensity workouts which is what I'm really craving. Maybe I should start off with a T25/PiYo hybrid and listen to my body to see when and if I can do more! Thanks for the idea!
  • I've done Insanity a few times and LOVED it. I'm recovering from ankle surgery I had in April to put in a plate and screws (I broke it in two places). I think Insanity will be way too much at this point. Jumping still freaks me out. I think I'm going to start T25 on Monday and just modify as needed. I'm already walking 3-4…
  • I'm on my second consecutive round of Insanity (I've done it three other times) and just started month 2 today. I have T25, but haven't actually done the program. I'm kind of over Insanity so I may have to actually do T25 next. Maybe I should try Max30. What is that one like?
  • I second this. I have the chocolate fudge and peanut butter flavors and I get it at Costco. So good!
  • I'm in! I'm heading to the lake to visit my dad this weekend and it will definitely be a challenge. Stay strong!
  • Incredible!! Great work!
  • I picked up Green Tea Mochi and Pancakes and Waffles today. SO excited to try them!!! I'll report back!
  • Great job everyone! Whether this is your first, second or tenth day, you've come here to make a change. That is the first step. Sending strength to all of you!
  • I'm in! Wine is my downfall. I'm also not weighing myself until Sept 1st. In the past, weight fluctuations have been a total mindf***! We got this!
  • I'm on week two right now. I've finished the program three other times so I know how hard it is and how fast it whips me into shape. I got lazy the past three years and gained some weight back from my initial loss so I'm looking to take 35 pounds back off for good this time! We got this!
  • I'm on week two of the first month. I've completed the program three other times so it's not my first rodeo. I never follow the diet, but do log and stick to my goals on MFP. I'll weigh myself during core cardio and balance week. I'm already feeling so much stronger. I had fallen off the wagon and then had an injury so I…
  • Me too! Lost 45, gained 35 back. I moved, found some fun friends, stopped exercising regularly, over ate and over drank. None of my clothes fit and I'm determined to get back down and maintain it. The good thing is that those friends I found, are all athletic and active. We run together on Tuesday mornings and run local…
  • I had three c-sections and the "apron" got pretty flat once I got down to my goal weight.
  • Right there with you! I lost 45, gained back 30. I feel like such a loser. I'm DETERMINED to lose it again and keep it off!! My motivation is how good I felt about myself and how much I loved wearing anything I wanted. We got this!
  • Although I agree with the statement to go to your closest running specialty store, that's not always the most feasible solution. My nearest store is 4 hours away! If you know you have a wide foot and high arch, there are online fitting tools at Runningwarehouse.com that may also help. For what it's worth, I've had both New…
  • I use it all the time in my Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats recipe. I also use it in a Stir Fry Peanut sauce. Seriously awesome stuff! :)
  • I'm on month 2 of my third round. What can I say... I love me some Shaun T!!!! Through it all, I've lost 50 pounds, have gone from a tight size 12 to a size 6 and can run my 5 mile runs at an 8:20 pace. I think it's my favorite workout series I've ever done. That being said, I don't think I'm crazy enough to do a fourth…
  • Awesome!! I love when that happens. Great work!
  • I make tons of different flavors of overnight oats. My basic recipe is 1/4 cup of Old fashioned Oats, 1/2 scoop of protein powder and 1/2 cup of Almond Milk. My "mix-ins" include apples and apple pie spice, Chocolate PB2 and bananas, Pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice, fresh or frozen berries, instant coffee crystals, etc. I…
  • I'm right there with you all! I've got a full time job, my husband sometimes travels for work and I've got three kids that are 3, 6 and 7. I'm lucky in that I live very close to my job and i can work out at home at noon. I usually take an hour and a half lunch (I go in at 5:45 AM in order to get a longer lunch). I'm doing…
  • Welcome back, Charlie! Friends request sent. Here's to new beginnings in 2013!
  • it totally can be done! I have three kids (3, 6 and 7) and have "uncovered" my six pack again. My lower abs have some loose skin but my upper abs are completely toned. In fact, I was just telling my husband that I may try and rock a bikini this summer. :blushing:
  • Welcome Heidi! I've been here since July and have already reached my goal but I don't plan on stopping logging anytime soon. MFP is a great tool and gives you the power to make changes. Good luck! I'll send you a friend request!
  • Grew up in Chaska but now, sadly, live in North Dakota. Trying to get back to Minnesota but hubs needs to find a job first. Anyone need an attorney licensed in MN and ND? Oh, and, SKOL VIKINGS!!!!!
  • I so needed to see this right now since I officially switched to Maintenance Mode today. It's kind of scary! I've been on restriction mode for so long that it feels crazy to add in all of these "extra" calories. I don't plan on stopping my exercise so that's even more calories that I get to eat back. I'm planning on…
  • Way to go!! Definitely something to brag about!!!!! :flowerforyou:
