I did the third fit test today and then did the day 1, month 2 workout right afterwards. I improved only a tiny bit but I definitely felt stronger even if my numbers didn't necessarily reflect it. Day 8 - Cardio Power and Resistance
I just finished this one for the second time and I feel like really improved over the first time I did it! When my heart rate started to creep up to the low 170's, I dialed it back a bit. I'm not sore anymore either so that definitely helps. What did everyone else think for the second time around?
