  • I use garden of life raw protein powder (chocolate). My favorite shake is one scoop of that, one banana, 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, two tablespoons PB2, a cup of ice and 10 drops of nunaturals liquid stevia. YUM! It's something like $25 at my whole foods which I think is on the pricey side. I also tried hemp protein…
  • My exclusively breastfed son has some food allergies so i gave up all dairy then gluton and now nuts starting yesterday. My two processed foods that I can't live without are my raw protein powder and milk which i just switched from almond milk to SO unsweetened coconut milk.
  • Thank you! I didn't know what to call mostly unprocessed. Is a raw food diet one where you don't cook the foods? I've talked to one person that calls her diet raw vegan because she literally eating everything raw.
  • She is being a jerk about it, but the only thing you can do is work on yourself and try not to talk to her about it. I hope she comes around and starts…
  • I'm not a twin mom, but my daughter was 9lbs and then my 4 month old son was 12lbs at birth so I was pretty much carrying two ;). My belly looks rough. It's depressing for me. I don't even like to have my shirt off in front of my hubby although he is so sweet about it. I struggle with this daily.

I think it's a great place to start and get all my muscle groups in. I plan to start monday. I need someone to show me proper technique for some of…
  • I feel exactly the same way! I BF'ed my daughter for 2 years and my body felt normal within a few months of having her. After my sons pregnancy I feel like my body will never be the same. He was also 12lbs at birth (shocker!) and my belly looks all stretched out which didn't happen last time. I'm hoping the hanging belly…
  • My daily goal on MFP ia 1610.
  • I am in the same boat with a 3 month old that I exclusively breastfeeding. I get 1600 calories and then add on my +500 for nursing under snacks each morning. BUT I'm having trouble eating the full amount. I think it's mental and physical. I generally eat extremely healthy...2100 calories of whole foods is more than I can…
