Anyone eat mostly unprocessed foods?
I'd love to look at diaries for ideas. I do eat a lot unprocessed, but I have my couple of processed items that I do love. I have 20 more lbs of baby weight to shed and plan on keeping a very low processed food diet indefinitely.

The extra exercises after stage 1
I read and re-read this a few times and I'm still a little confused. Am I supposed to do the extra exercises ( doing as many reps as possible at the weight you first started at ) after I've completed stage one or on the day of the last workout in stage one?

Snacks with protein with allergies
I'm going through an elimination diet to find out what my nursing son is allergic to in my breastmilk. Our pediatrician has just added nuts which I didn't realize how much I depended on almonds. I'm looking for things I can take in the diaper bag when I'm out for a few hours. I can't have dairy, wheat and nuts... Any ideas?

Always going over MFP's daily sugar
I use a banana in my two protein shakes a day which puts me a few grams under my suggested sugars for the day. I'm going over every day.
