The extra exercises after stage 1

I read and re-read this a few times and I'm still a little confused. Am I supposed to do the extra exercises ( doing as many reps as possible at the weight you first started at ) after I've completed stage one or on the day of the last workout in stage one?

I just re-read this last night and I am pretty sure it's intended to be an extra workout -- so I would not combine it with the last workout. It's labeled Workouts 9A and 9B.0

yeah the special workouts are for once you have finished the stage, as a whole new workout with one day inbetween like the others.
You don't have to do them if you don't want to it just demonstrates your strength gains to you0
