That sounds like a great idea. My 5 yo really loves to ride her scooter. If I put the 2 yo in the stroller my arms can get a bit of a workout too :) I just feel like I need a bit more strength in today too. I just hate feeling so failure-like.

I add a cap full of lemon juice to a 20 oz bottle. I always get 4- 20oz bottles down before lunch time that way.
