My friend is reall pumped for COMBAT. Im scared haha. I figure let me finish TF, move onto Chalean Xtreme, then Insanity. Than *maybe* just *maybe* move to combat.

I have free weights already but havnt used them much since in TF you use resistance bands, and trust me they do make you hurt haha. But I feel i dont use them often enough. Thanks! I swear pear shaped bodies are so difficult because you are trying to target the largest group of muscles. Because it is the largest, it takes longer too. It will totally pay off though. Im not there yet. Like I mentioned, I still have a long way to go, but it feels good to know i am doing "something"

I have a HUGE sweet tooth too. I eat lots of sweet fruits throughout the day to cut the sweet tooth during my most active times. In addition to Turbo Fire, I want to incorporate something at home to help even further with my lower body (butt, thighs and calves). Any suggestions to help with those specific areas? Or will certain workouts in TF target those areas too?

I have been doing turbo jam for over a month now. I just got Turbo Fire delivered today and will start monday. Side note I also take Turbo Kick classes. THOSE I LOVE even more. Its so fun to try to one up your classmates.

Great thanks ! I eat pretty clean now. Not perfect of course. Trying to do things "right" I am VERY excited, albeit intimidated too ;) I am WOMAN , hear me ROAR ! ETA: I am 117.6 (in the morning) and 5'6" . Good bit of middle section and lower body "flub" (2 kids!) but hardly any in upper body. for those inquiring.

Good points. I dont feel I need her permission. I was more curious about the electronics possibly getting ruined. It DOES work for me, and I suppose I should keep doing what I am doing for that fact alone. It just was like a little jab that hurt like saying "im better than you"

This class makes ME want to become a TK instructor! I need to work my butt off and work my way up to it. (I have only been doing it for a little over 5 weeks now)... but my plan is when BOTH my kids are in school (I only have 1 going to kindergarten this year and the other is only 2) to be a fully certified TK instructor!.
