Need YOUR help: Compiling a list of pre/post snacks

I am compiling a list of pre and post workout snacks to have prepped and ready to go for not only me but a fitness/nutrition group I belong to on FB. Most of us are moms and with our kids heading to school, time is of the essence. If you have any GREAT pre and post , clean eating type, snacks please share so I may add it to my list. Please when responding specify if you think its best for pre, r post workout. Thanks!

    When I lift first thing in the morning I have a protein shake and uncrustable on the way to the gym. If I lift after work I have a preworkout energy drink. Either way I have a protein shake after workout.

    Pretty basic but I like it and they are easy to make and have.
