You had great results! You must have been working out before starting this program. Is that true? Your profile pic looks great..such definition. Today I do stage 1 B4 workout. Some days I look in the mirror and think I see results, and others I'm not so sure. I would love to lose an inch or 3 ;-) off of my hips.
