oh and this package of cheese that I bought said "2 cups" on the front... serving size was 1/3 cup... number of servings listed 8.... is that supposed to work?

the already cooked rotisserie chickens have a lot of sodium in them, too. I've used the canned to make chicken salad.

This is just for tracking progress and not for clothing sizes. So if you were calculating your hip to waist ratio, you'd use natural bend/smallest part?

Just log it, own it, and move on... That's my motto. Yup, I ate the entire bag of chocolate covered pretzels that put me over. Guess what? It didn't kill me. I didn't immediately gain 10 lbs. Everyday is a new day!

I'm the odd person out. I prefer running indoors. I'm a wimp when it comes to the elements. I've been forcing myself to do a leisurely jog outside that's not recorded for exercise once a week. I'm sure that will stop next weekend when it is supposed to get up to the 90s.

I personally enjoy running on the treadmill but I only do one "long" run a week. (For me a long run is 3-4 miles) During the rest of the week I do sprints, box, biking, and sets of burpees.

I had an issue like that. Make sure you wash it every 5-6 works & rinse it with water after each workout. Also, check and make sure the strap is tight on you.

That's a very achievable goal! When I did my first 10K, I had only been running on a regular basis for a few months. And I was slow... very slow. When I signed up, the furthest distance I ran was 3.1 miles!

I love my gym. I'm there 5-6 days a week for at least an hour (sometimes longer but I usually end up socializing a bit). I won't be good for food ideas.
