This!

I've been making up my own plans for awhile. I still use a personal trainer (contract is almost up though) but we are at the point where he asks me what I want to work on. I'm just trying to learn and pick up new things.

I didn't hit a plateau until I reached my goal weight. I had weeks where I didn't lose much weight or any weight but I don't call those plateaus.
-
That is a good deal! (I paid $120 for 3 sessions a month and with the way my gym works... most of that went to the gym not to my trainer!) It was worth the money for me because I really had no clue about strength training. I won't renew my personal training when it is time next month but I enjoyed it!

Lot of great resources in here! *bumping to read more of them later!*

Grilled fruit! Kabobs, grilled chicken, chicken sausage, turkey sausage, grilled pizzas, portabella mushroom burgers, turkey burgers, lean beef burgers, grilled shrimp... so many options!

It's good to take time off from working out. My last vacation I decided to take a break from working out and I let myself eat whatever I wanted. (Including 4 donuts in 1 day!) When I got back to town, I got right back into my routine. Guess what? I didn't gain a single pound. (I also didn't weigh myself the day I got…

Yup! Tired of it right now. Awhile ago I got bored with running/most forms of pure cardio and started lifting more. Now I'm bored with lifting... but I'm working with a new trainer and working on changing my routine. This should help with my boredom.

Weighing meats & measuring other foods taught me portion control. I don't weigh everything now. I know what 6 oz of chicken looks like now. My big thing now in maintenance is realizing that I only want a taste of a sweet treat, so I am now ordering kiddie size ice cream cones and giving away most of the bigger treat before…

Nope... I don't even look at my sugar content.

I have the same problem. I have been doing core work, lower back work, & it just doesn't want to go away. Even at 125 lbs and 19% BF... that hanging part doesn't want to go way.

If you go there a couple times a week & you get the same things, just prelog your food. For small local chains without nutritional info, I usually find something similar on MFP and just log it as that. In the beginning I was more obsessive with it being the correct calorie count. I've learned over time that nothing is…

Easier... no. I think I've gotten better at them. I still hate them with a burning passion.

There is a recipe section on the food log. I use it all the time. You can track your sodium, too. I choose not to track sodium and it didn't hinder my weight loss.
-
Thanks. I'm sure it won't be too much of a problem. It didn't cross my mind until yesterday as I started to pack for my trip.

I'm a displaced Ohioian! I grew up east of Cincinnati in the Amelia/Bethel/New Richmond area! Going back this weekend during vacation time.

I use an armband for my iphone. Though I sometimes get annoyed with my headphone cord and ditch the whole thing.
-
Today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then I was with my trainer. (I did wall to wall pushups, bent over rows, plank push ups, push & pulls, deltoid flies, & pull ups)

I like it but I get in trouble when I shop there! I spend too much money! I always want to buy snack food there! My favorites: chia seeds blueberry oatmeal cashew, almond, cranberry trek mix mini ice cream cones mandarin orange chicken Brownie Granola like bars

my hair has fallen out of it's ponytail.
-
I use a heart rate monitor now but I used to just use the calculations MFP gave when you logged an activity.
-
I would never eat it on a peanut butter sandwich but it is great in recipes. I like mixing the chocolate pb2 with whipped topping and putting it on graham crackers.
-
I used to log it as "aerobics".

good one. Calorie counting is a part of my meal planning and maintaining a healthy diet. My meal planning is apart of maintaining my budget. My budget is a way to help me get out of debt quicker. Looks like I'm nuts!

what type of weights are they? dumbbells? plates? kettlebells?
-
peanut butter... I eat it all the time but that's what I want right now. Maybe a peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich.

hummus has misled me!
