Mine is only open to friends. People rarely make comments on what I eat anyway... If I was asking for food advice on the forum, I may open it. Right now at this point, there really isn't a need.

This afternoon I have some trail mix from Trader Joes (Simply Almonds, Cashews, & Craisins) and a Cheese stick... 220 calories.

I don't even pay attention to my sugar count on here. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies so I know I'm going over. I do pay attention to the amount in the processed items I buy.

I get pretty darn close to a gallon a day. It's not hard. I rarely drink anything else.

I didn't get my license until I was almost 23 years old. I was terrified of driving. I still really hate going new places when I drive. I like to stick to the same roads.

I'm on an oatmeal kick these days. This week I'm having hot oats & greek yogurt. Next week I'm doing overnight oats w/ peaches & cinnamon. Then I think it will be time for some baked oatmeal.

Can you do whole grain pasta & breads? I'm also a fan of Fiber One Bars. I use them like candy bars.

Don't eat carbs. Don't eat after 7 p.m. anything that comes out of Dr. Oz's mouth.

I'm shorter than you and weigh 123 lbs... and I eat at least 1700 on a day I don't workout. On workout days, I come close to 2100. I'd be starving if I was just eating 1500.

I've never been a big morning eater. My mother used to fight with in the morning over eating. I also used to gag eating right after I got up. Now I wake up hungry but I still can't eat a whole lot first thing so I split it into breakfast and then a morning snack a couple hours later.

The only thing I completely eliminated from my diet was pop. I never liked the taste diet so I cut it out cold turkey! I don't even desire it. I try to do other things in moderation. However, I have a HUGE sweet tooth! This week Apple Pie has been my enemy. It won 3 days this week.

Not true! A pound of fat weighs the same as pound of muscle. Just like a pound of feathers weighs the same as a pound of pennies. It's the composition that's different.

I can get caught up with both. I would love to say the number on the scale doesn't bother me and it's just about the inches... but that would be a lie. Eating on a schedule helps me. I know I'm eating 5-6 times of a day and that helps.

I stopped looking for the lowest calorie bread. I found that the lower calorie breads didn't have much fiber or protein in them. Right now I use Arnold's/Brownberry 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread. It's 110 calories per slice. I only use one slice when I make my lunch (the only time I really use sliced bread) It's a…

Fruits, veggies (try roasted veggies... they are are my new favorite thing), nuts, def. more protein.... (tuna, chicken, salmon, lean beef...)

This.... I sweat like crazy too! My hair is pretty wet when I'm done working out.

I workout for 45 minutes to an hour every day after work. I am STARVING when I'm done. I drink a simple protein shake when I'm done (just some water and whey protein) and go home and eat dinner. Then I end up having to still find snacks to get enough calories for the day.

Depends- cold, nope not really. Stomach virus- sleep and a lot of carbs while sick and then after I get over it I usually need a nice big steak

As a former yogurt hater, I have been able to get myself to eat it. Right now, I've been able to eat Chobani & Trader Joe's without gagging. I'll try a few more flavors of those before I start trying a new brand.

I personally wouldn't be catering to all my friends allergies/diets on my wedding day. I do when they visit my house but I have too many friends with too many restrictions to keep track of. Plus, I'm cheap.... I'll probably only have cake and fruit at my reception.
