That's great!! My mission accomplished! lol I know there is a lot of ppl up and down for artificial sweetner but ... for me i am not a fan any more! I had read a study that if you consume large amounts of it you could be 45% more likely to get cancer... fact or not a VERY scary stat!!!!

I consume about 2050 Cal per day but I am breast feeding so I subract about 300 for that s I aim for around 1700 ish.

I personally would have said " well that wasn't very nice, but I am working on it!"

I have two herniated discs in my back which causes a lot of siatica (sp?) there has been times where pardon my french but, my *kitten* hurt sooooo bad and I could not walk without my leg giving out or nearly dragging it. I understand your concern and that your want ppl to do their best in their life to try and become healthy and fit but I think there are alot of factors that maybe you did not concider? Their budget?
