I agree ^^ you can't out work your fork. I also suffer from back issues and i found the elliptical or cross trainer as some call it really helpful. I lost the bulk of my weight that way. :)

I have such weird symptoms. Pain isn't like excruciating or anything but it sucks daily. My sleep is horrible. I honestly cannot fathom someone touching me for a deep tissue massage tho because that it when it's obviously most painful. Its like I'm going to drop! The Dr suspects i may have neurological issues too so Idk..

There are great suggestions. its always advisable to consult a physician when losing weight anyway. 25 lbs is pretty extreme! weather it's water or fat or what ever else is causing it I think it's a great idea to get checked out!! I did work out vid's from home and the elliptical my caloric intake was 20% less my TDEE on average. so I kept it in that range.

50 lbs is not unrealistic my starting weight was 240 and I lost my first 70 lbs in 7 months so average about 10 lbs a month, but I was on point with food and exercise!!

By choice yes and no. I've had some weird things going on a face rash, and muscle/joint pain and weakness with shaking. to the point I can barely function.
