All the changes I made for myself really.
I hit my one year anniversary being cigarette free.
I lost 66 pounds, and 46 inches.
I got my depression and anxiety under control.
Those are my big ones. I feel like I worked a lot on myself this year - and I'm going to continue because I'm fabulous.0 -

Being the most involved with horses and horseback riding I've ever been. I hope to do even more with horses in 2015, and get some shiny blue ribbons for my wall!0

Loving all these responses on here! Not just weight and fitness related, but so many positive things. Keep it all up, everyone!
For me - was running my first race. Then my second. And my third. And my fourth. Getting a PB each time was empowering. Finding happiness. True happiness. Not caused by anyone but myself.

- The final highlight of my year was the look on my daughter's face when I told her that we were going to see Elmo in concert. Finding a truce with her father, and us going as a family (even though we are divorced). Knowing that we can be civil and make a great team as parents for her is a true blessing in my life from 2014.0 -
Watching my Grandbaby who was born 1 lb 4oz at 23 weeks (not considered viable) overcome so many obstacles and achieve well and beyond every one of those Doctor's expectations! I am so very Proud of her, She is the strongest most courageous person I have ever known!
At 3 weeks!
At 13 months!

Honestly, it wasn't a good year for me. I made it through the year with my health and sanity, so I guess that's a blessing.0

Turning acquaintances from college into good friends. Fitness- and health-wise it was one of the worst years of my life (gained 20lbs, cracked a rib), otherwise the best: I'm finally studying what I really want to study in my dream college, I made amazing new friends and got into an amazing and active student organization etc. I'm hoping 2015 will be equally good in other areas of my life, and my health improving as well.0
