Everyday I am going over on my sodium and fat (but staying with in my calories) I was looking for a low in fat and sodium recipe for sauce to put on pasta.. I am open to anything preferably home made and not out of a can ;)

Where I live you can not smoke in any public inclosed building or patio, any company vehicle, with in 9 meters of any government building enterance, you can not smoke in a car with a minor what so ever, you can not smoke at a park where children play... all are fines if caught....

I am sad to say I have joined WW 3 times and had smaller and smaller success each time the most I had lost was 20 lbs before giving up...I LOVE MFP! it took my family some time to adjust to the new 'menu' but I Kept offering the healthy choices and soon they came around. although I try to offer somethings that may not be in my menu anymore for them and i practice self controll its all about ballance :)

I do mot know much about stevia... BUT, I used to drink 4-6 cans of diet pepsi a day and it was ruining my stomach and one day i just quit! i am not as hungry i dont have crazzzy cravings and that is what actually started my weight loss.... i dropped 10 lbs seemed like over night. now 3 months later i have lost 26 lbs :D

Thanks! so maybe around the 1900 might be a good goal. I found I can get the calories if I eat like crap ie yesterday going out for chinese food but if I am eating healthy getting to that 1900 mark seems tough when making healthy choices... maybe adding in a glass of milk or something may help boost the calories...
