You can take St. Johns wort and 5-HTP but only if your not on Migraine or SNRI's. Diet and daily exercise will also help. Meditation and yoga too! That's what my natropathic physician and nutritionist said. I am starting Prestiq. We'll see.

I should start off by saying my hair is thin and long. I have curly hair under my ear line and wavy hair on top. Plan a long walk or hike or extra workout every weekend. Then also plan a treat. Keep all your other meals on track, knowing your "saving' for your treat. Just an idea.
