Excessive Saliva
I didn't know where to post this..... For the last two days I have been having way to much saliva. Its wierd. I think I am swallowing WAY to much! What's the deal...I have seen many references on fiber here and on youtube. I am wondering if anyone has any links to studies or articles that discuss fiber and weightloss. Also, if you do take fiber suplements, which ones are good? Thanks in advance for your responses!!
