Does anyone have any great meal plans w/shopping lists?

I have bee really struggling to stay under plan, so I am looking for ideas for meal plans with shopping lists. I just need to make planning easier. I am on 1400 calorie/day plan. Please post ideas or links! Thanks!:flowerforyou:
