Day 3 12 cups water 10,365 steps Food logged Day 4 6 cups water boooo 8955 steps Food logged Really should not have had 2 coffees and 2 diet cokes today. That made me not want to drink my water.

It takes roughly 21 days to make a habit BUT it takes roughly 6 months to turn that habit into a behavior. There really are no quick fixes, no magic pills. If you want change you need to work at it, every day. The longer you do the easier it becomes and the more change you see.

It's all about doing what you can, also modify some of these if you can't do them outright. Push ups and can be modified by being on your knees or leaning against a wall. Just keep moving

Started this week having smoothies for breakfast. Almond milk, frozen half banana, frozen raspberries, pineapple, unsweetened cocoa and spinach. I cannot tell you how yummy and filling it is. Under 150 calories

Tonight is leftovers. Last nights leftover chicken in a spicy sauce was shredded and used for flatbread pizza. Just added some garlic, home grown little tomatoes, more capers and jalapeno cheese. Topped with fresh basil and arugula. Now I wish I had made more of the chicken!
