Working hard on eating light all week, its our anniversary weekend coming up and I know it will be high calorie foods. Hows your week going?

Did tons of yardwork this weekend and I'm feeling it today. On track with water and eating healthy except for the weekends. Still trying to figure that out. I weigh in tomorrow, keeping fingers crossed.

Jan. 2nd The Beginning
Today we begin. Today is the first day of commitment or re-commitment. What are your goals, not long term but for the month of January. My short term goals are tracking my food, drinking my water, 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week and hopefully drop 5 pounds this month. Please help keep me accountable.
