Sorry I've been a bust this challenge, I'm still working on harvey stuff and now a kitchen remodel. I have not stepped on the scale, just can't face it. Its 100 plus degrees here so no exercise. I basically suck. Thanks to all that have kept it going. Your my hero

I'm a walker also, sometimes a jog but usually just take my pup out for a walk.

Today was weigh in day, glad I lost the 3 I gained over Easter and a little extra. CSW. 226.4 Week 1 222.2 CGW ? UGW 185 My lowest was 205 and I freaked out being so close to onderland and sabotaged myself and gained a bunch back. I will not let onederland scare me this time.

Megannxx, Not a ramble at all. Its hard to focus on ourselves. Maybe sit down with your fiance and carve out some you time. I'm thinking he would be fine with taking a break from stuff and maybe take a long walk with you. Look for something you can do with him or the kids. Might be fun for everyone

This is the photo I carry on my cell phone. It's my before and now. I try to look at it when I feel like I am failing to remind myself how far I have come and where I don't want to go back too. I'm in this for lifetime, I want to be healthy, want to look as good as I can (I'm 51) and enjoy life.

Remember a loss is a loss, be it .2 or 5 pounds. Celebrate the loss. Do not diminish the loss or work down to attain that loss with rhe word " only". It's a loss, so be thankful, be proud and celebrate your victory.
