  • What numbers? The TDEE? I got it from fitnessfrog.com. I have my activity level on MFP set to lightly active, maybe it should be active? On the TDEE calculator, I put moderate (exercise 3-5 days a week)
  • Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? :)
  • Sometimes I think about when it's going to be over. Sometimes, at the gym, I'll zone out and watch the televisions. Sometimes I'll ignore the tvs and focus on the music. Then if/when I feel like quitting, I try to think about why I'm doing this.
  • I'm active on this site every day .. have about 100-110 lbs to lose. I'll send a friend request! :) Anyone out there who wants to add me - please do.
  • I only drink water, and yes, I keep track of how much.
  • No time for people like that. I have over 100lbs to lose. I'll gladly be your friend and support you through this! <3 As long as people are supportive, polite, and kind, I'll friend anyone. I'm not here to judge ... just here to support and be supported. :)
  • I have somewhat of a cheat meal, once a week, on Wednesdays with my husband. It's the night we go out with friends to a pub for dinner. I have things I don't have throughout the week (soda, fried things) .. but still make sure to fit it into my calories for the day.
  • We are losing weight together, so yes, he knows.
  • I feel you - I just weighed in officially yesterday for my first time and I didn't lose a thing after a week and a half of exercise and healthy eating. It's frustrating, but I know I'm doing the right things, so I'm gonna keep at it another week before I look into changing anything. (The 1lb lost was from when I first…
  • Born and raised in Ottawa, just moved to the US last year and I miss my homeland! Would love to have other awesome Canadians on my friends list :) Feel free to add me! I have quite a bit to lose, so I'll be here for awhile... haha.
  • My husband and I have a cheat day ... well, it's not even really a cheat day, it's a cheat meal. Once a week, on Wednesdays, we go out with our friends after work and have dinner. It's usual pub food, and the one time a week we'll allow ourselves to have it. And it's the one time a week that I'll drink a diet soda. Even on…
  • I have just recently started going to the gym (I think it's been 2 weeks?) and it's sometimes rough. I have no problem GETTING there, or getting on the machine, but while I'm there, I'm counting down the minutes until I can leave. I attempt to just focus on what's on the televisions, or the music that my iPhone's playing,…
  • It's been fairly easy for me. I have a large cup that I keep at my desk at work. It actually fits a little over 2 cups of water in it. So I fill it up once from breakfast to lunch. Then at lunch, I fill it up again. Then I fill it up once more to last me from lunch - home time. That's already six cups of water. I then…
  • I am fat because I had horrible eating habits and was doing no exercising. I am fat because I was in denial about BEING fat for too long and by the time I knew it was a real problem, I felt discouraged that I'd let it go too far and I'd never be able to fix it.
  • My longterm goal is lose over 100lbs, my shorter term is to lose about 55. Anybody can add me if they'd like to support and receive support back! :)
  • Anyone can feel free to add me! :)

  • Absolutely! My husband and I joined this site together, work out together, plan meals together. It makes it much easier to have someone else there to keep pushing you when you feel like eating an entire bag of Doritos... lol.
  • You have weights and goals very similar to mine. I've just started, so you're a real inspiration that it can be done! I'll be adding you :) You look fantastic.
  • Feel free to add me - I'm always looking for positive people to keep me motivated!
  • Hi handsome!
  • I do not. I weigh myself once a week. If I weigh myself every day, I will become obsessed with the number and find myself discouraged if it's not the number I want it to be. So I eat healthy, exercise, and at the end of the week, I see how I've done.
  • I have about 100-110lbs to lose. My short term goal is about half of that though. We'll see how it goes. Feel free to add me :)
  • I'm Canadian, though I moved to the US at the end of last year. Born and raised in Ottawa! :)
  • I only started a few days ago with my husband, so I'm still in the "yay, this is new, I'm super excited about it!" phase. But I've already had a few moments where I eye that bag of chips that's in the pantry from when I USED to eat chips ... and having my husband motivate and help me has been the main thing. We both need…
