This was an interesting read for me. I threw up after I did the fit test, but I did it first thing in the morning with no food or water in my system (which made throwing up much worse). I then had a read and thought it was due to dehydration and lack of any food. From that I gathered that I should eat before doing it, but…

I did the fit test for insanity yesterday and threw up afterwards... I did want to keep going this morning but I seemed to have really hurt my back (probably jumping around incorrectly...) So I am likely going to keep my results from this fitness test but start the workouts next tuesday.

I just did the fitness test for the first time this morning. Couldn't complete the cooldown stretching because I was in the bathroom throwing up.

Every morning for breakfast I have... 1 banana 100 mls milk 1/4c wholegrain oats ~50g frozen berries. Not terribly exciting but if you are finding your smoothies do not full you up for long enough I definitely recommend the oats. I quite like the crunch it gives and helps with satiation.

Or take a quick piss.

If I had been curious by the same question, and come up with the same results, my conclusion would be that it is called Canola Oil because no one wants to cook with Rape Oil. End of story.

Your husband didn't just lose 30pounds he gained a sick 6 pack. Wouldn't mind sharing the main core exercises he does? that is really impressive.

@ Blmarl - Can I assume that you don't believe in calorie cycling or having one day of eating a bit more than usual?

I checked the entries for jogging under Exercise. 20minutes on the slowest jog rate, 5mph gave 200 calories. So I don't know how you are getting myfitnesspal to give you 95. Wii fit I have no idea.

Found some shorts at the bottom of my draw that my dad got me from Thailand. They are at the bottom because when he gave them to me they were far too small. I put them on today and they are almost too loose. Win

I have a berry smoothie every morning for breakfast. 1 Banana 50-75g mixed berries 1/4 wholegrain rolled oats 100ml milk (bit more if I want it not so thick). I think its reasonably healthy, the oats add a bit of texture but are mainly there to fill me up a bit more so Its a decent breakfast, comes in at ~270calories and…

Also... I had to look up what DDP yoga was as I had no idea, and came across this video. If anyone needs some inspiration/motivation it is pretty cool http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX9FSZJu448

You have done great but I am not so sure about the comparisons in the third pic set. First one your knees are locked in and in the second picture they are slightly bent. But I am sure flexibility is something you can feel improving and hard to take pictures. I really need to do something like this since I don't think I can…

I tried taking measurements when I started, then tried once more later but forgot how or where exactly I did them, and what the numbers meant... So yeah gave up on measurements, but I was tight in 36" pants and now 34" are loose, that's enough confirmation for me. Weigh myself every 2 weeks... Took before photos when I was…

Best find for me is: Much Moore - mini yoghurt licks. Get 15 for ~$5. Works for me to grab one of these instead of ice cream at night... 49calories each, and really nice. I get them from pak n save. http://www.kiwiicecream.co.nz/#/?page=flavours - follow that link, then click much moore, then on the mini yoghurt licks to…

Chocolate... ruined 2 solid weeks of MFP diary when I got given 2xcadbury roses, box of 30 ferrero rocher and 2x box of lindt lindor balls for my birthday. Tried to be good and spread them out but it just made every day go over in calories.

I think I was a bit nervous before hand but nothing major. I actually found the event race easier than the running program just because there are so many other people running it gives you motivation to keep going. Hardest part was not running to fast at the start (this race had first ~500m on sand as well...) I was running…

Either your face is losing weight or your beard is taking over your face.

Its excellent. The first day of running for like 60seconds, walking 90 seconds for 20minutes was a struggle. On monday I did W8D1 which was run for 28minutes without stopping and it was fine. I should be finished the program tomorrow but I have the flu so going to have to repeat the week 8 next week or week later…

If you are loving the scenery and beauty of the game I don't know what else to recommend. Most the games people on here are talking about are online with lots of people and none of them even come close to the beauty of skyrim. I think Oblivion or even going back to morrowind could be a good move. Skyrim was amazing, I…

Ive played quite a few MMO's but never got round to playing guildwars. What kind of game is it like? reckon I should make the switch from d3 to guildwars2?

Playing Diablo 3 atm. The new patch has revitalised it a bit.

I have been eating these for the last couple of weeks. If you can find something similar they are brilliant alternative to ice cream. Each one is 49calories and they taste really great. I find freezing my own yoghurt just doesn't quite have a nice texture.
-
You would reach 1200 pretty damn quick but if you can fight the hunger and resist eating then you would still lose weight. But you would also be malnourished.
-
Of course you have to add them, butter and cream are really high in calories. Maybe try using body I can't believe its not butter, and face yoghurt.
-
I agree with this, it is meant for people coming from the couch who have never ran. Maybe you are a bit advanced for the program, especially if it is boring you. I just did W6D2 which is 10run, 3walk, 10run and I almost found it as hard as the 20min run straight as it was hard to start running for the second part... The…

New Zealand ditched the 5c a few years back. Our smallest is now 10c. Although Aussies $1 coin is larger than their $2 so they don't follow logic anyways...
