    This was achieved purely based on eating a proper diet.

    I didn't have a before picture from when I was 220LB (I think I am about 190LB in this photo) now 165LB.

    I HATE my before pics (who doesn't?), but I'm in a sharing mood, so I'll join in.

    My highest weight was 370lbs, I avoided the camera like the plague then so I don't really have any good pics of myself at that weight... which is unfortunate looking back on it.

    Left: 300lbs | Right: 180lbs
