thanks for the advice , I'll try the incline tomorrow, I felt like I was realy slow outside but maybe I do need to go slower, Ive signed up for a 5k "santa run" in December so I best get cracking!

good NSV, the old saying "if you dont ask you dont get" I do the same job (but in the UK) although we get allocated lunch/tea breaks, is that not illegal??

they sell them in those old fashioned sweet shops I think they are caled Mrs Simms, also almond ones and mint & coconut (I was drooling over them last week!!)

I have one, well it's more of a boggy weed bed at the moment but it's work in progress, bad winter!! Last year I grew potatoes, onions, beans, strawberries, raspberries, pumpkins, tomatoes, peppers, corgettes, cabbages, blackberries, rhubarb, leeks, will try for the same this year and a few different bits
