I did the 30DS as well, and didn't see much change in my weight. But I DID see a huge change in how strong I am, and also got great definition in my arms : ) It might take a while... it took me a long time to lose my first 10 pounds. I know that's not what you want to hear, but there it is.

I was on 1450 for about 2 months and lost 14 pounds, and then it stopped and I started losing and gaining the same 1-2 pounds.

I would say start over, couldn't hurt! Probably not the answer you wanted to hear ha ha ha, but that is what I would do. I'm actually halfway through Level 2 right now and posted a question about the 30DS a few mins ago.

Church pews and hard chairs in general are now extremely hard to sit in. You drop 70 pounds and all of a sudden you can't sit on your tush like you used to!

I completely understand that. It's so frustrating! It's super hard, but try to cut out the junk to once a week. What I like to do is prepare my meals for the week. For example: Breakfast: Toast with peanut butter, glass of milk and peach Lunch: Salad with walnuts, cherry tomatoes and turkey. Granola bar and fruit Dinner:…
