I am not over 200 pounds but I do have PCOS too. Its really important to lose the weight because of this and I completely get the frustration.. If you want to friend me, feel free. I need someone to help keep me accountable too and would love to have more people as friends that have PCOS.

I do this also buuuut! I just read in Women's Health magazine that a nutrionist said you should'nt eat less than 1400 calories, and I am eating 1200.. any ideas on that? is 1200 too little for anyone even a 5 foot tall me?

I completely agree, planning ahead helps me out alot. In order for me to eat a healthy breakfast and lunch I need to know what I am having for dinner so I know where my calorie intake is.

I did it not easy but I'm still hungry... my goal calorie intake is 1200, i know i just started and that is to be expected...just curious if it is too low.. btw feel free to add me, need all the motivation I can get. :flowerforyou:

Zumba, tonight after my son is in bed. I'm going to get back on track and start off with 3 days a week then gradually get to 5 days a week. Excited though, I know Zumba has missed me as much as Ive miss him. ;)

Right now I am you before the weight loss short (5 ft) and weigh about 165 lbs. How did you do it?!! Looking for some motivation. I started off great in the beginning but right now I am slacking alot!! Any suggestions would be great. feel free to add me.

Weigh yourself, dont be afraid. You don't have to do it every week. Even once a month is good.

I agree with you, It is so hard to wake up in the mornings. Def, workout at night, it doesn't make a difference as long as you burn. :):flowerforyou:

I just use the food item that subtracts the calories for the amount that I feed. It depends how much you feed, we substitute some formula so my son gets about 16-20oz of bmilk a day. Working fulltime so, it was a little difficult to keep up with his hunger when pumping lowered my supply. The way I look at it, at least Im…
