Thank you all for your advice!!!! I really appreciate it! I will definitely focus more on refined/added sugars and not worry as much about naturally occurring ones. As for my protein intake, please rest assured I shall get some at dinner! Thank you again!!!

Thank you all for your kind words and advice! I think what I need to work on the hardest is my patience! haha I will ask a trainer at my gym to sprinkle some strength training into my routine. I wouldn't know where to start myself as I've always only done cardio...

Thank you!

Np problem! Hopefully we'll both get some help :)

Patience is not my strength, unfortunately. The reason I'm worried is that last year i did this I felt much easier. And I'm trying to lose 13lbs, not 4lbs

Arghhh it should be public now! I hope! These settings are confusing... I'm 5'4''. I work a desk job, I'm supposed to do 1200 net calories and I'm usually below that. I bike, roller skate, do Zumba and treadmill for the most part...

My bad! It's set to public now :)

I absolutely agree with Eric! I am weighing myself twice a week and think I'm borderline obsessed (fully aware of it, though) But doing it twice a day? You're going to drive yourself crazy! And won't be any more accurate than if you weighed yourself once a week... Live a little! :)

I put a slice of lemon/lime in my water or occasionally treat myself to Coke Zero :)

I'm on the 1200 net calories as well and usually come under. I wouldnt recommend eating less than 1000 net calories. You need your nutrients to stay healthy and strong.
