I wear 2 bras on my run. I also use corn starch or powder under the girls to absorb heat. Never stay in the bra after your run you will get a bad burn like a diaper rash. Hit the shower, pool or a cool wash cloth and dry clothes. :blushing:

God Bless Boston. My tears for the family. But I am an angry American. :grumble: I am sick of these punks infringing on our rights. For me I use MFP diary and work to eat FRESH food. I do eat processed like peanut butter I love Jiff. But everyday my goal is to eat better have more local fresh food. It is what your great grandparents did. Ate from their backyard gardens. Purchased from local dairy farms. If it expires in 1 year or more NOT fresh.:wink:

I understand. I hate cold weather and cold water. But my pool is in the upper 80.s by June and July and Aug the 90's. I find refined sugar and carbs. I will be so hungry if I start my day with any carbs. I still eat carbs but way less than before MFP. Read the labels and it is rough the first week but choose your carb wisely. Diet soda I also had to leave behind. Good luck. Patsy
