Ok I am in. I have fallen into carb land and again all I think about is food. I am going to restart Keto and then move into Paleo. But I have to end the carbs so my hunger stops. Good luck.

Good luck. You can add me my food diary is open. I try to keep my carbs under 100 carbs. I eat clean as often as I can. I do cave sometimes but that is human. Focus on fitness and drink lots of water. None of us planned to be overweight life just gets in the way of taking care of our own self. It took me almost 2 years to…

I am motivated with LCHF or Paleo because I was a size 18/20 now a size 6/8. Everyday as a foodie is a struggle to make the right choice. That has not changed. But not having to choose elastic pants and buttoning a size 8 is great. I eat to live not living to eat. Stay the course and we all are better.

Remember what is important. Health and fitness. You can do this. I agree you need to still plan your morning the night before and get exercise. You have a lifestyle of health so enjoy the season not the crap.

Hi Leslie I am a runner LCHF. Add me if you like. Keep it real and have an open diary so we all learn what is working together. I just did a 90 day focus. Lost 12lbs and several inches. I also suffered from endometriosis. My children are adopted and now young adults. Keep your options open. Patsy

I am a runner. I also am bothered with hip pain. Here is a web site I found that I use to stretch those muscles we use when we sprint. http://www.muscle-pull.com/muscle-pull-injury-finder.php hope you feel better soon. Do not rush your body to heal. Give it time so you can reach that goal. Patsy
