Recording Weight/Strength Sets?
When I complete a set with weights at the gym and it takes 1min for a complete set then rest and repeat x5 complete sets do you record 5min or 10 min with recovery? Just interested in how MFP credits.

I am a jogger/walker. I average 3 to 4 mi 3x a week. The scale is not going in the direction I want it to fast enough. So my question is do I need to average 7mi a day to be sure I burn a minimum of 1 pound of fat a week. My reasoning is 3500 calories is a pound of fat so divide by 5 (days). Stomache heat cramps
Uggh. Anyone have home remedy? I drink 2 sometime 3 bottle of spring water before run. Nothing on run. My average run is a 10k long run 15k. The temp. here is not bad or as hot as July Aug and Sept. I feel like it is my internal thermostat. Thoughts?

Diabetes and Your Joints Help
Anyone here find a natural remedy to help workout? My DH has T2 and he is so stiff his feet hurt his whole body hurts. He can not take NSAIDS just OC Tylenol. No relief. He was my running buddy. Now he can barley do 3mi and that is with pain. Thanks Patsy

Hi share the most fun and why this race was/is a great memory. I have only one for the year. San Antonio Rattlesnake Run 5mi. First time back to road racing since age 37. I am happy to have run with my niece. This was her first road race ever. Good to keep it in the family.

Heart Rate time vs Min per mile
Hi My heart rate monitor keeps me in my zone. I hit 154 or higher i slow to 126 to 130. I jog/walk for 60 min. Do you think the speed is 3.5 or 2.0 . I average 4 to 5 mi. When it cools off I will run for 6 or 7 mi. Thanks Patsy :glasses:
