I would say you need to see your doctor. Also checkout a you tube video by a former Olympian on Deep water running to help recover from injuries. It is really a great work out. My pool is over 6ft more like 8ft but you really can run in deep water and I love it. Hope you heal soon.

Deep water running. Next to running it burns a lot of calories and is easy on the body.

I weigh in everyday. It is just a tool and if the tool works use it. I realize what I have eaten even 3 days ago may not show up until the 4th day so it is just a tool. Exercise DVD's also a tool I use them less  I also have running shoes I use them most everyday but just a tool. This is not a race it is a life…

Hi DD, Depression is a real medical condition so I am glad you made the choice to seek treatment. Having said this you may need to find a doctor who works both with meds and a holistic approach. Running helps me a lot. You may find swimming or biking to be a good fit. But some of the meds just numb you. So talk with your…

Hi. I love my runs at night. I found a very lite light that I hang off of my rubbrer band bracelet. I turn it on if I see traffic or cyotes. I agree if you are familiar with your running path stay on it. I use a carry pack with mace and a 2 shot hand gun. I only use one ear bud so I can hear my enviroment. Stay safe and…

Ok my base for a time is burned 720 calories doing 64 minutes of "Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile)" with one quick bathroom break. Temp 84degree humidity high. This is my 5 mile run. Lots of room for improvement so feel free to comment. I did begin to run low on water. But I do not want to run with a camel pack or…

I jog both in deep water and as a roadrunner. I will begin training for my first 1/2 Marathon the third week of August. December 8th is the day. Very nervous…

Yes it is. Coffee is breakfast. Then I jog/run/walk and eat lunch when I am done. So for some coffee is breakfast. I may change though as I add more miles but for 5 mile coffee is breakfast.

I KNOW I tell my husband but he will not record anything. He is 6ft 5in 340 but he will just not use the site. But he does workout with me and is watching what he eats. Good for you though do not let the lack of men keep you from visiting and recording your food. I know my husband drinks a lot of calories by stopping at…

Hi, Checkout you tube running in water. An olympian has a video on running in deep water and it burns a lot of calories. Have fun.

Yes go for it. If you comfortable with the 10k you are ready. Just a finish even if you walk some it is an accomplishment. November is a nice time to run. I say do it. Enjoy. Succefully Patsy

I do not have aPM but wow you are awesome. Most folks have an excuse not to exercise. You are an inspiration. Just saying. Hope all the dull ache is nothing. God Bless

So cool. Good for you. Really that is huge not a small thing but a really great thing. Patsy:smile:

You look beautiful. Congratulations.

Can you change your run to night. I live in Florida and run after all the thunderstorms. The heat index and UV is just to high for the Irish skin. So now I run after 830pm. No chemicals and a lot cooler :)
