Hi, I am a 32 yr old mother of three...ages being 4,3,2... they are a handful...my curent weight is 271 and I am 5'6... My first goal is to get to 200 lbs... I hope I can lose the weight by my 33rd birthday which is in September... I am interested in having friends who will push me to do better... I am trying to it healthy…

She had no lipo or gastric bypass.... I work with the lady and she has not missed any work...Sorry.... Her first few monthsd she cut out soda, chocolate, and chips.... She told us she would drink a 12 pack of pepsi a day....

Actually it took her a 10 months and she was able to lose it all... She doesnt look nasty or anything so the comments about your body being ugly is not necessary.... She loves wearing tighter clothes now...lol... but really she looks nice...

The water from Sam's and Walmart, do not have sodium, sugars, or calories...lol...at least that is what the labels say... but they have all type of flovors

No, I have to give it up until I am ready to just eat portions... I am so in love with brownies I could eat the whole thing for dinner with a cup of milk or ice cream and its bedtime for me

I am currently 272 lbs and I will be starting over... SW 272 LBS GW 180 LBS I just have to take it one day at a time.... I lost myself through some trials and tribulations but I am back to win against this weight problem....:grumble:

By the way her calorie intake is 1980. So I say she is doing really well... I am so proud of her... So it is possible but she did say once she lose more weight she will start doing more exercises and she is under a doctors care...so yayyyyy for her...
