I have the my fitness pal app on my phone so if I have the package I always scan the package with the scanner that is provided with the app and before I go out to eat... I find myself looking at the nutrition facts

But he never used the actually jump rope... he just did it the same way Jillian did on 30 day shred... Wow... I think I will try doing 15 minutes a day....

Is this really tru? Because I only burn about 400 calories a day so does that mean dont eat more than 400? That sounds crazy to me....

I am on Level 1 Day 9 and it gets easier... and I have lost inches in my waist and my thighs... It still sweats the hell out of me and I still cant do the full pushups but it gets better definitely... I also add the treadmill to my workout too...

LOL...yes it was on a hard surface floor but at work I wear steel toes so my mom just reasured me that those were the problems... I didnt think about that... her scale is from the biggest loser which is hte one I weighed 261 but my scale at home says 261 and it is a digital... so it might have been the steel toes and all…

I think because at work I had all my clothes on and I work in a environment where we weigh turbine parts on the scales... but I think I will go with my home scale because I didnt have any clothes on...
