CONFUSED AND MORE CONFUSED
Ok, so since I have started MFP (the second time around) I lost two pounds but I have been stuck ever since. I do 15 to 20 minutes of cardio a day... Went to the doctor today and he told me that MFP has me eating under my calories... Like wth? So he wants me to up my calorie intake to 1950 for a month and see what happen…

so hard to eat after workout
okay, so after I work out, it is very hard for me to eat again... I never eat when I am off or on the weekends because I am always so busy... what can I eat to at least hit my net calories... All I had today was tacos... so I have almost 1241 calories left...ughhh

I weighed myself yesterday @ work and it read 271 lbs.. I get on my scale at home just now and it says 261 with no clothes on... Do I set my weight with what my scale says or the scale at work... confused.... :huh:
