Good Morning,
Has any of you tried to set your goals at the Scooby Workshop Calorie Counter and if so did you see a loss of any kind?

Eating at a calorie deficit will definitely result in weight loss. Setting up your budget will depend on you being honest when you enter the information.0

MFP was too confusing for me (started me out at 1200 cals, eat back your exercise calories, don't eat them back, etc). So I have been using the numbers from Scooby. To me it's just more straight forward.
I have been maintaining my weight, but I have also been doing Insanity in which I hear that a lot of people don't see a weight drop until the second month. I can tell a difference though in how my clothes fit, so there are inches lost.0
