TILAPIA FISH

I need a recipe to bake tilapia fish in the oven or either doing it in a skillet? Any one have some good recipes... I dont want to fry it...

    I know this might sound weird but my husband works at a restaurant and they make there's in the microwave, make sure to cover it with a plate and I like to add mrs. dash lemon pepper to mine, cook it at the most for a 1:30 but if it starts to pop a lot take it out.
