sportline hrm

I have a sportline hrm ( the one you wear as a watch) and I can work out for 25 minutes and it says I burn 30 calories but I put the info in to MFP and it says 394 calories... The sportline is not the most expensive one but dang it should at least work...lol... I mostly go with MFP but I never eat the calories back because I dont know who to trust lol... I have lost 8 pounds though so I am elited....
